One last night in the desert for the Gazelles

When they get back after Leg 6, the Gazelles find a Berber ambiance awaiting them: the centre of the bivouac is adorned with carpets, poufs and lanterns. The teams gather with pleasure for one last evening in the desert before returning to “civilization” tomorrow in Essaouira, where they are expected at the end of the day.
Dominique, founder and director of the Rallye, congratulates the Gazelles for challenging themselves throughout the adventure. “I am very proud of you and I love you all”, she says, visibly moved. The teams launch into a cry of “Hurray for Domi”. The ambiance is already festive, helped by the glasses of champagne compliments of Tsarine, partner of the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles.
The teams then enjoy one final delicious meal in the dining tent before watching a fireworks display in the type of magnificent starry sky that is only found in the desert. Stars in their eyes, the Gazelles find themselves on the dance floor. It’s time for a party in the desert, a final night in the “bubble” of the Rallye. Tomorrow, the Gazelles will be reunited with their loved ones, filled with memories of the Rallye!
