Bosch Car Service: with the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc throughout the adventure
RALLYE AÏCHA DES GAZELLES 2019
Around the rally
This morning, the Gazelles crossed the start line at the bivouac for the last time. They were handed a small bottle of Tsarine champagne to toast the dunes. And Virginie Lefebvre, trade marketing and digital marketing manager for Bosch Car Service, who dropped the flag for the Gazelles to start. For this first year of partnership, Bosch Car Service has been a committed presence throughout the Rallye.
Symbols at the start line
“This start makes our partnership even stronger. We have joined forces with the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc to offer quality mechanics services to all Gazelles throughout the adventure, from the initial preparations to the final finish line, 1300 kilometres later. We began by developing a web series on basic mechanics. We then offered free coaching to all Gazelles; we were able to help 36 this year, and we hope to have a lot more next year.”
At the Bosch Car Service mechanical workshops
“And today, here we are on the ground with a mechanics workshop where the Gazelles come every evening to repair their vehicles, but also for us to reassure them when they are stressed by noises they hear under the hood. The goal is for them to be able to continue the following morning with their minds at ease and with a vehicle in good condition.”
Strong similarities: eco-responsibility and diversity
“This is a partnership in which we share common values like eco-responsibility, social commitment, excellence and diversity. Eco-responsibility because we saw that the Rallye has a strong commitment to the environment with its waste management and recycling efforts, which reflects our actions in the sense that Bosch Car Service offers a line of circular economy products that provide an alternative to traditional products. And diversity refers to our Women at Bosch program, which focuses on the empowerment of women.”
Social commitment and excellence
Our business has a social commitment, which has a parallel in Cœur de Gazelles. Finally, excellence in the sense that Dominique Serra, the director and founder of this rally, demands the same high standards of excellence that we also ask of our 650 garages in France and Morocco.”
